He holds a Ph.D. in Computer and Engineering Management (CEM) from the Graduate School of Business, Assumption University of Thailand.
He is currently a professor at the School of Business & Entrepreneurship (SBE), Independent University, Bangladesh.
He is the Adjunct Professor at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and UCSI University in Malaysia, as well.
He is also the Visiting Scientist at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Texas, Arlington, USA.
He has about 21 years of experience in the field of teaching, training, workshop, consultancy, and research.
His core research areas include supply chain management, production & operations management, operations research, research methodology, engineering management, technology management, and educational management.
He has published about 185 research papers, including Conference Proceedings, Journal articles, and book chapters/books. Among them, more than 70 articles are WoS (Web of Science) and Scopus Indexed.
He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Supply Chain Management (IJSCM), London, UK. Apart from that, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief/Lead Guest Editor/Editor/Editorial Board Member/Reviewer of more than 50 journals, particularly Elsevier (Scopus) and Thomson Reuters (Web of Science) Indexed Journals.
He delivers Keynote speeches at 80+ international conferences in various countries, particularly the USA, UK, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Turkey, Korea, India, Philippines, Greece, Bulgaria, Australia, Italy, Nigeria, etc.

Dr. Kan Wen Huey

She is currently a Programme lead & lecturer at the Wawasan Open University in Malaysia
Her research interests include Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Business Strategic Management.
She served as a project manager in a multi-national organization and had more than 10 years of experience in Production, Planning, Project, and Consultancy.
She has successfully conducted numerous training in Operation Management, Lean Manufacturing, Skill Development, Project Management, Marketing strategies, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Logistics Management as well as ISO Management in many organizations.
She has great expertise in talent management in human resources, identifying the potential in people and customer service management for internal and external organizations as well as operation mindset training, skill transfer and operation management, discipline and attendance problem, lean manufacturing implementation, and Kaizen.
She is a Logistics and Supply Chain specialist and has proficiency in production setup, providing training, and leading the team to supervise the direct laborers to fulfill production key KPIs, inventory control, material handling, process yield improvement plan, reduce in-process scrap, manpower arrangement, and productivity improvement activities.
She has the potential to design a project according to specific scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress to ensure the smooth running of the project.

Associate Professor Dr. Au Yong Hui Nee

Associate Professor & Dean, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia

She holds a Ph.D. degree in Technology Management from the University of Science Malaysia.
She is currently an Associate Professor and the Dean of the Faculty of Business & Finance at the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia.
She has great expertise in Behavioural Economics, Development Economics, Digital Economy, Financial Risk, Health Economics, International Economics, Real Estate Economics, and Transport Economics.
She has provided consultation services to overseas and domestic organizations like the Japan Overseas Vocational Training Association, and the Federation of Malaysia Chinese Guilds Association.
She has published papers in international refereed journals and proceedings, of which more than thirty journal papers were published in journals indexed to Thomson Reuters ISI-Web of Science and Scopus.
She held managerial positions at Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 companies and a state agency.
She has two decades of experience in information technology and operations management in international trade. And, she was the founding manager of the data analytics department and management system department of the technology companies.
She was honored with the Tun Razak Youth Leadership Award in 1995.

He has 52 years of experience in academics and industry specifically in the area of Supply Chain.
He has published more than 40 research papers in various noted journals and has been instrumental in helping many companies in India and abroad for improving efficiency and optimization of processes.
His research specialization includes the optimisation of processes, inventory models, cost benefit analysis of strategic decisions, and supply chain optimisation.
His core areas of expertise are supply chain optimization, deployment of supply chain best practices, process design and SCM Risk Management.
