  • He is currently the Chairperson, PGDM, and Associate Professor, Operations Management at the Management Development Institute Murshidabad, India.
  • He has 14 years of rich experience in management teaching, training & consulting, and research.
  • His research interests include Sustainable Supply Chain, QR Logistics, Humanitarian Logistics, Supply Chain visibility, Lean manufacturing, and Quality Management.
  • He has taken training sessions on campus and in companies conducted by MDP for executives/officers of various organizations like SAIL (Steel Authority of India) (CMO), Berger Paints, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Hindustan Co-Co Cola, Lupin, Intex, Waterhealth, United phosphorous, Sarveshwar Overseas, and Indian Forest Service (IFS) Officers.

  • She holds a Ph.D. in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • She is currently a senior lecturer at the University of Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia.
  • She specializes in Operation Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • Her research interests include transportation, logistics, supply chain, public transport, road safety, and the economic impact of logistics.
  • She had been a principal investigator for a few research projects on supply chain and transportation
  • She had published 17 journals and more than 30 proceedings.
  • She is also involved in consultancy works related to Logistics Management with Sabah Port, Sabah, Malaysia.
  • She is an active Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation Malaysia as international recognition.

Professor Dr. Masoud Kavoossi

Professor, Howard University, United States

“Covid 19 and Global Challenges: Dynamics Changes”

  • He received his Ph.D. from the Catholic University of America, Washington DC.
  • He is currently a tenured Professor of International Business and Political Economy at Howard University, Washington.
  • His areas of specialization include international business issues pertaining to the Middle East, with an emphasis on the Persian Gulf business environment.
  • He is a frequent contributor to a number of books on international business & authored the book “Globalization of Business and the Middle East”.
  • He has also served as contributing author, guest editor, and editorial board member for several publications.
  • He published more than 100 academic and professional articles.
  • His articles have been published in the European Journal of Management, Journal of Teaching in International Business, Business Economics, the Journal of Business and Economic Studies, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, and Foreign Trade magazine.
  • He received the Howard University Senate Award for Interdisciplinary Inspirational Teaching, in 2004.

Professor Dr. Rasananda Panda

  • He holds a Ph.D. in Analytical and Applied Economics from Utkal University, Odisha.
  • He is currently a Professor of Economics, Business Management Area, MICA, India.
  • He was a Trainee Academic Associate, Economics Area at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
  • He was also an Associate Professor at the School of Petroleum Management, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.
  • He was Chief Economist at Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, a Government of Gujarat undertaking from October 2009 to September 2010
  • His current areas of interest are in the field of Industry Analysis, Behavioural Economics, Political Economy of Policy Making, Econometric Modelling, and studying the dynamics of the business and economic environment of India along with other emerging markets.
